The 32nd Educators’ Appreciation Breakfast

The 32nd Educators’ Appreciation Breakfast will be held at the Camden Falls, 2460 S SR 231 on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 7:30 am.  This welcoming breakfast will include new educators from Heidelberg University, Tiffin University, Tiffin Academy of Hair Design, North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, Bridges Community Academy, Calvert Catholic Schools, Hopewell-Loudon School, Mohawk School, New Riegel School, North Central Academy, Old Fort Schools, School of Opportunity, Sentinel Career Center, Seneca East School and Tiffin City Schools.

Congratulations to Old Fort Banking Company on their centennial!

The Old Fort Banking Company is celebrating its 100th year as an independent community bank.

Quickbooks Consulting

The Ohio Small Business Development Center at Terra State Community College has funding available to provide free, one-on-one QuickBooks consulting through September 30th. If you are currently using QuickBooks and need some additional training, let them know and they will make arrangements to provide the free consulting.

The center is working with Jason Conklin, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, to provide this opportunity for our area small businesses. For more information about Jason, click here.

Tiffin Art Guild's Sixth Annual Photography Competition

TAG’s 6th annual photography competition titled, “Tiffin Art Guild 2016 Photo Prize Competition,” is open to Ohio photographers, amateur or professional, age 16 and older. The deadline for entries is Saturday, July 23, 2016 followed with selection by an independent judge. Entries may be dropped off at the TAG Art Gallery on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, July 21, 22 & 23, 2016 from Noon to 4 PM each day.

Entry forms with entry fees must be submitted with the photos. If entries cannot be dropped off on those dates, call the TAG Gallery volunteer at 419-443-0478 to make other arrangements. No entries will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. July 23 and no entries will be accepted by mail. Entry forms with incomplete addresses and information will not be accepted. Entry fees are $20 for TAG members and $25 for non-members. One entry fee covers the entry of up to four photos!
